AddToCRM is a Chrome extension, so it works with Outlook on the web (outlook.com and Office 365 web app). It works in any Chromium browser including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Arc. The desktop Outlook app is not supported as it does not run Chrome extensions.

Yes, AddToCRM works perfectly with Office 365 (Microsoft 365) Outlook web app. Whether you access Outlook through outlook.office.com or outlook.live.com, the extension works the same way. No IT admin configuration required.

For every email sender, AddToCRM enriches the contact with verified work email, personal email, direct phone number, job title, department, seniority, company name, industry, employee count, revenue, location, LinkedIn® profile URL, and more - over 20 data points beyond what appears in the email.

AddToCRM does not read your emails or store email content. The extension only uses the sender's email address to look up their public business profile. All data is encrypted in transit. We are GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.

Yes. When you enrich an Outlook email sender, AddToCRM also gathers their company data. You can create both a contact record and a company record in Excel from a single email.
