Yes. The AddToCRM extension works entirely within Gmail. When you open an email, a sidebar shows the sender's enriched profile with verified email, phone, job title, and company data. Click one button to add them to Excel without opening any other tabs.
Yes, AddToCRM works with all Gmail accounts including personal Gmail and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) business accounts. The Chrome extension activates on any gmail.com interface regardless of the account type.
For every email sender, AddToCRM enriches the contact with their verified work email, personal email, direct phone number, job title, department, seniority, company name, industry, company size, revenue, location, LinkedIn® profile, and more - over 20 data points total.
AddToCRM does not read your emails. The extension only uses the sender's email address to look up their public business profile. All data is transmitted via encrypted connections. We are fully GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
Yes. When you enrich an email sender, AddToCRM also gathers their company data including industry, employee count, revenue, and website. You can add both the contact and their company to Excel as separate records.
