Overview

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information by businesses. For the purposes of CCPA/CPRA, "sale" or "share" is defined broadly and may include certain types of data transfers that occur in the course of providing our services. Add to CRM respects your privacy and offers this opt-out option to California residents (and any other users who wish to exercise similar rights).

If you are a data subject whose information has been processed through our data enrichment services and you wish to exercise your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, or other applicable data protection law (including the right to object to processing or request erasure of your data), please contact us using the methods below.

How to Opt Out

If you are a California resident (or wish to exercise similar rights) and would like to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can do so by:

When submitting your request, please include:

Your full name
The email address associated with your Add to CRM account (if applicable)
A brief note requesting to "opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information."

We will process your request within 15 business days for CCPA opt-outs.

What Happens After You Opt Out

We will refrain from transferring your personal information to any third parties for any purposes that might be considered a "sale" or "share" under CCPA/CPRA.
If you have an existing Add to CRM account, we may still collect and use your personal information for operational purposes, such as account security, customer support, or other uses allowed by the CCPA/CPRA. However, we will not use or disclose your personal information in a manner deemed a "sale" or "share."
If our business practices change, or if we engage in what might be deemed a "sale" or "share," we will provide additional notice and obtain your consent if required by law.

Request deletion: That we delete personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
